Jack Nay Ko Zin
Head of Training & Development
Jack is a soft-spoken, detail-oriented and patient coach whose driving purpose is helping clients live with less pain. He is known for bringing steady encouragement and close attention to every stage of a client’s progress.
His work spans weight management, resistance training, prehabilitation and rehabilitation, behavioural change, senior fitness, athletic training, body transformation and nutrition coaching. He is also recognised within FTI for his work with scoliosis.
