I am Jack, a senior coach at Functional Training Institute.
I have been in the fitness industry for six years.

I started off my career as a Body Transformation Trainer
in commercial gyms and now I become a rehab and functional training specialist, helping people in pain and injuries transform their bodies and lead pain-free lives.

I am also a nutrition coach from Precision Nutrition, one of the most influential Nutrition Coaching in today's fitness world. On top of Functional training, I provide not only manual muscle release but also neurokinetic Therapy for my clients in their pain-free body transformation journey.
