Shaun has diverse specialties; from an ex-professional contemporary dancer, to a swimming coach, and also a rehab and functional trainer.


His venture into rehab and functional training stemmed from his numerous


injuries caused by extensive rehearsals during his dancing days. The constant pain motivated him to learn how to fix his body, and in doing so, discovered his passion in helping others resolve their pain and improve performance.


As a former professional dancer, Shaun is detail-oriented, and well-versed in retraining clients to regain their gait rhythm, coordination, and movement confidence after injury. His former tenure as a swim coach has also taught him the correlation between breath and movement confidence training post-injury.


With Shaun, you can expect detailed rehab strategies, as well as top-notch tough training for those looking to improve performance and build functional muscle mass.
