With a strong foundation in Sports and Exercise Science and a passion for helping others move better, Boston is a dedicated and well-rounded fitness professional specializing in functional training and rehabilitation.
A graduate of Republic Polytechnic’s Diploma in Sports and Exercise Science, where he was placed on the Director’s Roll of Honour—he has also attained numerous certifications in personal training, sports massage, injury prevention, and therapy techniques, including NCSF CPT, ISA-Qinetic Rehab Exercise Specialist, and multiple OMT diplomas.
His experience spans a diverse range of settings including military, clinical, and educational environments. As a Platoon Sergeant and qualified trainer in the Singapore Armed Forces, he led and coached over 250 trainees in physical conditioning and injury prevention. He further honed his skills during a chiropractic internship, assisting patients with rehab exercises and wellness education.
Driven by his own journey overcoming training-related injuries and inspired by his grandmother’s struggles with knee pain, Boston developed a deep commitment to functional training.
